Jessica “Paope” Wang | Prestige Online

Born in Thailand to Taiwanese hotelier parents, Jessica “Paope” Wang, the winner of Masterchef All Stars Thailand 2020, was originally headed for the life of a hotelier herself. Having finished high school in Singapore, she went on to study at the renowned Swiss Hotel Management School, where she obtained a Master’s in Hospitality. Interestingly, at age 21 she decided that cooking might be something she wanted to try instead – even though up until that point she had never stepped into a kitchen. Fast forward a number of years and Paope is currently the owner of Akanee restaurant, as well as PQRS Café & Catering, and Babekery, which specialises in traditional Taiwanese cake. Future plans for her business ventures include expanding PQRS catering service and opening a new all-day dining restaurant. Apart these diverse responsibilities she is also the ambassador/representative of Thailand-Taiwan Tourism, and lists flower decoration amongst her hobbies.
